Review only for the off chance another gluten free vegetarian goes to an event here. Bring your own snacks and eat before. I was incredibly unimpressed, and offended by what they served me. At one point a waiter asked me if I wanted to change my mind and eat the normal meal. No I didn’t want to change my mind considering how allergic I am to the other food. It was the longest vegetarian meal of my life without veggie!

A MEMORABLE DAY!!! Perfect in every detail !!! Francesco and Tommaso took care of our wedding reception in every aspect and made sure that all the staff of the Court of the Swabians, together with the photographers and the band worked in PERFECT HARMONY to make this day unique and unrepeatable. Our guests (including chefs, leading hospitality and hotel management school professors and international hospitality professionals) came from the north, centre, south of Italy and from abroad (Spain, England, America, Netherlands) as well as from the Altamura and Gravina area and they were all stunned by the beauty of the place, the friendliness of the staff, the DELICIOUS FOOD and the care taken in fulfilling every little request or dietary requirement of the guests. If you are looking for a place to CELEBRATE a significant event or simply enjoy good food in good company, stop searching because you found it, THE COURT OF THE SWABIANS! Beautiful room, professionalism, and unquestionable quality, everything truly spectacular. Trained, friendly and always available staff, wonderful UNIQUE owners, SPECTACULAR room manager who attends to every little detail, attentive, at the complete disposal of the bride and groom and all the rest of the guests. We felt at home from the first moment with them. We dreamed of our day being WONDERFUL but we never imagined living it like this and much, much more thanks to them. We immediately felt at home, we delighted our palates with unique and inimitable and also abundant dishes; excellent raw fish, first courses with unmistakable flavours, amazing desserts! The day after our yes and, above all, having disposed of the enormous whirlwind of emotions and sensations that it brought with it, the time has come to thank those who made this long-awaited day one of those worth living. Our thanks therefore go to you, Ciccio Paternoster, the perfect host who has now become a friend. Together with Tommy Loverre and all the dining room staff, you pampered us and our friends and relatives. Ours was love at first sight... we trusted with our eyes closed and we couldn't have made a better choice.
